Available now. The link lives inside the code, so it keeps working without Made to Scan while the destination stays live. It cannot be changed after printing.

Editable codes

Change the destination after printing. Needs an active plan: the printed code depends on an active Made to Scan plan.

Print it anywherepeople scan.

Use PNG for screens and SVG for print that scales to any size.

Quick answersbefore you print.

What to know before a code goes to print.

Are Made to Scan QR codes really free?

Yes. The static generator, logo upload, color controls, decode check, and PNG and SVG downloads are free with no account.

Do these QR codes expire?

No. A static code stores the final destination directly and does not depend on Made to Scan. It keeps working as long as the destination itself remains available.

Can I add my logo for free?

Yes. You can add one PNG, JPG, or WebP logo up to 2 MB. The image stays inside your browser and is not uploaded to a server.

Can I change the link after printing?

Not with a static QR code. Changing the destination requires creating and printing a new code. Editable codes are coming soon and depend on an active plan.

Will a decode-checked code always scan in print?

Not always. We decode the exported file and confirm its destination, but size, material, glare, ink, and installation can affect a printed code. Always test the finished print.
